About

AIP provides a 1-1 capital raising clinic for companies and funds who are raising new capital and want to sense check their opportunity, ensure all materials and prepared and access carefully screened investors who might wish to participate. Each clinic is led by one of AIP’s senior management with decades of experience in capital raising, investment and corporate finance, as well as deal origination and structuring. We offer two clinics:

  • Slide deck: Investment presentation review / Discussion on the required contents
