36 REPLACEMENT PARTS ▲ One area of significant ongoing revenue for EMR will be in providing replacement rollers for the Separator. ▲ The rollers are extremely durable and constructed of aerospace grade polymers, but they operate within a stream of extremely abrasive slurry material. As such they will have a limited life expectancy, and once critical tolerances are exceeded, will need to be replaced. After engineering has determined this life expectancy, and prices have been set, the ongoing revenue stream from the manufacture and supply of these parts can be calculated. ▲ Until that time, it’s worth noting that the opportunity for substantial ongoing income from replacement parts exists. ▲ EMR have considered an indicative royalty of 80% for the rollers.
