48 EARLY DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP ▲ There are several key areas that EMR seek to address following completion of the funding round. This includes: ▲ Complete engineering certification ▲ The Separator's initial prototype is due to undergo engineering certification in Q3 2018. ▲ Create a full-scale commercial prototype ▲ Using the proceeds of the raise to build the commercial prototype for licensee buy-in. This will take between six to twelve months to build. ▲ Build the core structure of the organization ▲ To fully operate the business, EMR will seek and recruit a small but dynamic team of talented individuals. This will include identifying a CEO, COO, Finance Director,Vice- President of Sales, Accounting Manager, Paralegal, Royalties Receivables team, Compliance Officer, Sales staff, Administrators.This team will all be based at EMR’s Head Office in London. ▲ Complete the patenting process ▲ License the manufacturers complete initial patent process ▲ Investigate required certifications for The Separator in its global markets, and ensure certification is in place in accordance with each jurisdiction’s required regulations ▲ Secure licence partners and begin production ▲ Finalise service level agreements for servicing, repair and spare part provision with licensees, ensuring no major issues will occur ▲ Continue to build relationships with licensees, manufacturers, investors, stakeholders, the market and end users, marketers, press, and industry experts
