4 OVERVIEW ▲ Eco Metals Recovery Limited (EMR) is a new green mining equipment manufacturing business based in the UK, which will licence international manufacturing facilities. ▲ EMR is entering the global precious metals market with a unique metals recovery system, “The Separator” that will initially focus on the gold markets. ▲ The Separator is a brand new, first in its class, metals recovery system that leverages a revolutionary green technology for recovering gold from slurries in both alluvial and hard rock mining operations without the need for Cyanide, Mercury, Arsenic or other harmful chemicals. ▲ The Separator results in higher net gold mining profits in the order of a 50%-100% increase, and reduces environmental impact from removing the chemicals used in the extraction process, resulting in vast areas that can be re-opened for mining activities. ▲ There is currently no product or technology like the Separator available in the market today. EMR anticipate that through their innovation and comprehensive R&D, the Separator will bring a whole new dimension to the entire precious metals mining industries in Asia Pacific, the Americas and beyond. ▲ EMR sits at the intersection of the four highly relevant and lucrative sectors – 1) Eco Mining 2) Artificial Intelligence 3) Advanced Materials (Polymers); and 4) Precious Metals recovery ▲ EMR is in the process of integrating an Smart Mining solution that involves integrating lidar, hyper spectral imaging, advanced sensors, Artificial Intelligence , and robotics in the assessment and sorting stages. ▲ To enable the integration of Smart Mining, EMR have agreed an exclusive R&D relationship with a major British University renowned for their mining expertise, over a 24m period. ▲ EMR will offer their global manufacturing partners an exclusive licencing and manufacturing partnership and service agreement in the territories they cover, and will provide these potential partners the Separator technology to introduce to the markets they already operate in. ▲ EMR is backed by a Founders Team with a strong track record in the development, operation, business development, distribution, marketing and licencing of cutting edge equipment in the precious metal mining industries across multiple disciplines. ▲ The seed money has already been raised, the Separator has been designed, the patents have been filed, and a working prototype has been created by an experienced German producer of heavy- duty mining equipment mining.
