55 SUPPL IERS EMR have already sourced and used a number of suppliers in the production of The Separator prototype. It is likely that additional suppliers will be sourced directly by manufacturing licence partners, but The Separator will be a specification build, and as such, this is welcomed as long as these suppliers can meet the required specs. It is also anticipated that some of the potential licensees will be large enough to source suppliers and components from their own divisions. LABOUR SUPPLY ▲ This will be more relevant when it comes to building the commercial manufacturing plant, and EMR will conduct thorough research into where they can access high technical skills in a low labour cost environment, possibly in Eastern Europe ▲ There are at least 4 significant suppliers of the specialty items. Many more exist for the more common components: 1. An aerospace plastics firm- there are numerous firms in America, Asia and Europe that could meet the specifications. 2. A metal alloys firm- this is a small component requirement and will mostly be required for the roller assembly. 3. An electronics company- needed for the commercial build. 4. A software company - also needed for the commercial build.
